Mission

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn through play and to support the children’s family and Christian values.

Vision

A community fostering life long learning and Christian faith.

Our Core Values

Integrity – We do what we feel is the right thing even when it is difficult or goes unnoticed.

Child and Family-Centered – Recognizing the needs of the child and family and respecting each child as an individual and each family as unique. Each child has the right to a safe, nurturing environment that provides positive growing experiences to enhance the child’s individuality. We believe a positive healthy sense of self is needed in order for personal growth and learning to occur. Children participate in multicultural programming, learning to appreciate each other’s similarities and differences. We practice and teach respect regardless of gender, race, creed, colour, religion, class, age, sexual orientation, marital status, physical challenges, ethnic origin, ancestry or citizenship.

Valued and Secure – Ensure that we instill a sense of safety and feelings of love.  We want each individual that interacts with our community be it the child, family member, staff member, or volunteer feels valued and appreciated.

Community Impact & Engagement – We are part of a larger community and will make an effort to use our talents and gifts to engage and make a positive difference in our community.

Faith-Based – We are a Christian based organization and therefore we will make countless efforts to sow seeds of faith within all we do. We will not force anyone to believe, but they will have opportunities to hear about God and learn from the Bible.
